This Friday night, 30th July, is our annual home NAIDOC round celebration where all three of our Girls' Wembley Teams will be home playing at Wembley Oval. In support of NAIDOC, the club will be host a variety of activities during the course of the evening including the Wadumbah Aboriginal Dance performance at 5pm, face and rock painting, sand murals, fresh damper, NAIDOC cakes and bracelet making as well as a traditional meat sausage sizzle BBQ.
All activities will be all undercover either in the clubrooms or on the club balcony, to keep everyone warm and dry and still enjoy a great night of Girls football whilst celebrating indigenous art and culture. We're looking forward to seeing a big crowd get down to watch the games and enjoy the night.
